Merlin comes from solid North American bloodlines including East Fork Narcissus, Commander Cody, and Dr. Doolittle on his Sire's side and Crazy Mountain Man, Don Juan Quixote, Chief Sitting Bull and Ilka Legend on his dam's side. He has incredible silky fiber, large bone, correct conformation and loads of style and presence. He was 30# at birth and was the largest weanling in the pasture, even though he was the youngest!

We have decided that this beautiful male is going to be our replacement for his sire, Handel, who has been retired from our breeding program. We used Merlin as a stud in 2010 but we sold the female he was bred to. She delivered a gorgeous black female with white points in June, 2011.
